The new performance management software is undergoing trials and will be for the next year. Why? We want to make the software is stable/secure/helpful and worth paying for.

So what will you be able to do? Our aim to produce software that can be used in and out of the classroom to perform lesson observations, not just to store observations but to produce records, then perform data analysis at a touch of a button. So you will be able to analyse what subject is performing the worst and the best, see what facutlies are performing badly and what are doing well. These are just some examples, we intend for you to be able to compair data anyway you want cleanly via easy to read graphs.
